CaribNOG 10/ LACNIC Caribbean on the move, Belize City, Belize
CaribNOG and LACNIC are pleased to have hosted the joint meeting of CaribNOG's historic 10th Regional Gathering and LACNIC Caribbean on the Move in Belize City Belize from November 2nd to 6th 2015. The Public Utilities Commission of Belize kindly invited CaribNOG and LACNIC to Belize for this highly anticipated meeting.
The event was supported by ISOC, the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU), the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), Google, the Packet Clearing House (PCH), The BrightPath Foundation, and the Internet Cooperation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Amsterdam Internet Exchange Caribbean (AMS-IX Caribbean).
CaribNOG is a not-for-profit, independent, technical community that providing an important regional forum for building technical capacity, sharing industry experiences and promoting relevant solutions for advancing network engineering in the Caribbean. CaribNOG has built a reputation as an influential forum where computer network technicians and technology professionals share knowledge and experiences and participate in expert-led, high-tech training and hands-on technical workshops.
CaribNOG 10 drew industry experts from across the region and around the world to the beautiful country of Belize. CaribNOG is a critical forum on the region’s technology landscape for rich technical discussions where we seek to better position the Caribbean to address critical technology challenges and issues and to collaboratively derive relevant solutions.
